Browsing this site
The website’s own code does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Its hosting provider may process routine technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the website. The review copy may also use hosting-platform authentication.
The project brief
When you submit the inquiry form, your name, company, email, selected area of interest, message, page URL, and inquiry reference are sent to FormSubmit for delivery to WAIV. FormSubmit processes this information and retains submissions for up to 30 days under its own privacy practices. WAIV uses your inquiry to respond and discuss possible work. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. No CRM integration is currently enabled.
The starting-point planner
The planner uses your selected options to display suggested first steps in your browser. It does not request an email address, send your answers to WAIV, or save them on a server. You can choose to copy or download the resulting brief.
Email and appointment booking
If you email WAIV, the information you send is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. Appointment booking takes place on Calendly, which handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. Your email and scheduling providers may process information according to their policies.
Please do not include confidential client records, account credentials, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
External links and visual assets
External links take you to services operated by others. Fonts, brand assets, and ocean imagery are served with this website. The site does not load a third-party 3D scene or animation runtime.
